Antonio Gracia

Artificial Intelligence research engineer / Ingeniero de investigación en Inteligencia Artificial

Antonio Gracia is an AI researcher and a data scientist at Boeing Research & Technology Europe, based in Madrid. He is a PhD in Machine Learning and previously conducted space research for several European Space Agency missions, and biomedical research for some international projects. In 2018 he joined Boeing to guide the research, development and application of advanced AI/ML solutions to improve Boeing aircraft reliability. Some of the main challenges he faces are related to predictive maintenance, aircraft performance and autonomy by the use of ML and AI. He is also focused on helping shaping AI Boeing's international strategy for Europe. Before joining Boeing in 2018, he was a postdoctoral research assistant in Switzerland, and he also spent 1 year at Cranfield University where he specialized in the design of space systems operating on the Moon's South Pole.
