 Oscar is Master Aeronautical Engineer from Madrid University, with more than 20 years of experience leading International Programmes in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Defence sectors. He is currently Senior Manager at Indra ATM, and lead representative to the iTEC Alliance, an initiative of seven of the most important European ANSPs and Indra to set the basis for the Digital European Sky.
Oscar has broad experience in business development and commercial negotiation in multicultural environments for ATM Contracts, and has led Indra towards the award of the iNM (Integrated Network Manager) - the greatest contract ever awarded by EUROCONTROL.
